Wise Earth | Communicators International | MORE >
Identity and Branding Revision and Development, Website Design
See Creative was approached by Communicators International to work on the design revision and website design for Wise Earth Pty Ltd.
Wise Earth is a parent company comprising a variety of businesses all related to creating a more "wise earth". We started with the logo, which had to maintain the earth icon graphic. We worked with the type solution, colours and positioning to create a fresh new logo that attracted the audience of the products. The tagline "natural, human and built environment specialists" was also included to help position the company. The client liked that the colours chosen matched those that can be seen from space when looking at earth.
The branding was then further developed into the website design. Stage one compiles a carousel effect to show the range of businesses under Wise Earth. Future developments will see more links to external websites and the development of a business directory where many business can be listed if they fall under the recommendation that the company promotes.
While there is still some content to be uploaded by the client, the full website can be seen here: wiseearth.com.au
Some kind words have been written regarding working with us on this project.
Solar-e.com | MORE >
Website Review, Website Recommendation, Website Redesign
Solar-e is a well ranked website that offers the Australian and international community information on all things solar related. After an initial review of their old website, it became clear that the navigation was confusing, the messages lost and the focus of the site all wrong.
See Creative was asked to make recommendation for the new website design. We did this and in turn were given the opportunity to redesign the site in a way that conveys the message of Solar-e more clearly, with more structured navigation and more engaging imagery.
The site has been built on the Word Press platform to accommodate existing content and allows for a continuous style guide.
Connect | MORE >
Identity and Branding Design and Development, Stationery, Print Material, Manuals, Banners.
Connect approached See Creative after the decision was made that the branding and training material that had been used for the past several years was no longer hitting the mark. Connect is a training organisation specialising in the International Oil and Gas industry. They had been working with a designer previously, however, they needed to be challenged when approaching their re-brand and how they presented their training material. See Creative, ran a briefing workshop to establish their target markets and messages and together we brainstormed many ideas for concepts to present their material.
The rebrand needed to show progression and a connection that is found through the leadership training model they teach. The elements of the brand have since been carried through to the new design for training material and manuals. The intention is to keep the information fresh so it is easily understood and present it in an engaging way that the students respond to.
We have just finished material for a workshop in Brunei.
Ecotect-Architects | MORE >
Identity and Branding Design and Development, Stationery, Website Design.
Energy Efficient Architecture and Urban Design.
Ecotect-Architects initially engaged See Creative to work on their website redesign. After our briefing meeting, we established that they currently had no branding consistency and that their existing logo didn't actually say anything about them as eco-friendly architects. Their previous logo was stark black and white and didn't convey any warmth, which essentially was their main point of difference in the work they do.
We worked on their rebrand and the chosen option was one that maintained the style and sophistication of an architectural firm, however, introduced some more warm tones and typeface solutions that connected more readily with their message. Having a hyphenated name allowed for a clever type design while the introduction of the "+" sign in the positioning statement creates a positive connection and a graphic we were later able to build on.
The stationery was printed on an environmental paper stock to align with their image. The website design later developed the brand further and See Creative worked to help clarify the navigation system and communication to the user more appropriately.
WA Health Education Services | MORE >
Branding Development, Stationery, Marketing Material and Website.
A company focused on health education training and well being.
WA Health Education Services needed a brand that reflected who they were and what they did. The Interlinking modular identity we developed reinforced the collective experience coming together to help educate teachers, parents and industy.
The company had initially engaged another firm to do the work and after discussion with Delphie, realised that she understood their message far better then the other designer. We helped the company realise that shortening their name would be detrimental to people understanding their service and that a long name didn't need to appear long if communicated successfully.
The website reflects the graphic devices as well as the introduction of strong black and white images.
Work Smart Health | MORE >
Branding Development, Brochureware, Client Specific Material, Image Editing, Website Design and Development.
A health and training company (RTO).
Work Smart Health develops health and safety programs and instructional training manuals for WA construction and mining companies.
They needed flexible design templates for their manuals as they are rebranded for each of their client. We used rounded corners and shadows in the branding to illustrate flexibility gained through exercise and sub-branded training initiatives with the word SMART to underpin the training message ‘be smart - stay fit and safe in the workplace’.
Easifleet | For Creative Fruition | MORE >
Identity and Branding Design and Development, Stationery, Brochureware, Posters, Advertisments, Glass Art, Signage Design and Management.
Novated Leasing Company.
Knowing that their brand was old and outdated Easifleet wanted an entire brand refresh and new identity that would promote them as an innovative, fast moving, forward thinking and dynamic company. Tying in the feeling of motion into every creative element was central to visually achieving their goal. A 'swash' representing a steering wheel in their logo and forward pointing arrow, italics to accentuate motion on the key word 'easi' plus consistent use of photography with blurs of motion. The new brand also led to a new investor and office in Canberra.
Eight PM | MORE >
Identity and Branding Design and Development, Stationery, Website Design.
Project Management of office fit outs.
The essence of project management is having the skill to bring the right components together at the right time to create a cohesive outcome. Having chosen a modern name, EIGHTPM needed a brand that was unique and represented ‘unity’.
Having fun with the logo we were able to cleverly unite the E and I from the word eight to merge into the number 8. The visual message being ‘to gel together’. Elements of stenciling and draftsman paper also married well to represent project management processes.
Internal communication piece for BHP Billiton Iron Ore.
Knowing it’s just as important to promote business accomplishments to staff, as it is to clients this BHP Billiton port expansion team wanted to create an internal communication that would also push the BHP Billiton brand boundaries beyond its pre-defined limitations.
We manipulated textual elements to form layouts with strong lines to mirror land escarpments and transportation routes as seen in aerial photography of the project, as well as ‘passages’ in the text using unique column and text alignment strategies.
PSZ Tax Advisers and Financial Planners | MORE >
Newsletter Design and Layout.
Client newsletter called “Pssszzzt!”
This financial firm needed a design template for its new client newsletter. See Creative was tasked with working from an existing brand style guide that outlined their identity, logo and typefaces and extend that into a newsletter layout.
We transformed the existing brand using vibrant colours, pink and orange; in order to liven up an otherwise dry subject matter “tax”. Angular boxes throughout the layout were also used to match the angles in the Z and forward slash / from the logo.
Hoole Marketing | MORE >
Branding, Website Design and Project Management.
A marketing and digital consultant.
This marketing consultant wanted a blog style website that would exhibit her tech savvy knowledge of digital media. She wanted to incorporate tactile elements and textured backgrounds into her branding to give it a three dimensional form.
Dymo label gun tape was used for the logo or ‘label’ and we took the stark contrast of the black tape and used it acrossing the middle content area of the site. Polaroid images were use to provide a reminder of early tech innovations and set to rotate using up-to-the-minute coding techniques.
The Cooking Professor | For CVW Creative | MORE >
The Cooking Professor has maintained a very high ranking website for several years, however, the old design was in essence, uninspiring. Portraying the message "in these cooking classes, people actually participate and learn as opposed to simply observing" was at the core of the brief. See Creative had to carry what existing branding was already present and create a site design that was engaging and made it clear from the first moment, "We Teach. You Cook." The site is very content heavy, so the design allowed for plenty of air and whitespace to make the information simple to follow and most importantly, easy to book!
